Happy (Celebs) Mother's Day

How are you going to spend Mother's Day?
Falling next Sunday, Mother's Day is the perfect time of the year to celebrate the woman that gave you life and probably a bad haircut when you were 6.

Here at Pepper Alley, we love our mums: they taught us everything we know about love, patience and fashion of course.

That's exactly why we can't help but adore celebrity mums-daughters duos as well.

Have a look at our favourite couples in our top 3 list now.

1) Kate Hudson/Goldie Hawn

Both blonde, both beautiful and both successful actresses. This duo is just adorable...can we hang out together, please?

2) Mamie Gummer/Meryl Streep

We love Meryl, who doesn't? Her daughter Mamie clearly inherited her talent becoming a successful actress and starring in The Good Wife and Cake. Also, don't they look so much alike?

3) Beyonce Knowles/Tina Knowles

Tina is the perfect mums-manager and she always knows what's best. They do make a wonderful team.

Are you looking for something for your just as glam and talented mum? Go for our lovely Flora and make sure you treat her properly on Mother's Day.

Happy Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day!

Here at Pepper Alley, we wanted to wish you a wonderful Valentine's day wherever you are and whoever you are spending it with.

In order to help you celebrate the most romantic day in the world, we have come up with a list of only the most romantic activities you can do with your better half or girlfriends on this very special night.

1) Romantic meal

Something baked with love? Or just a takeaway? The word for tonight is to spend time together enjoying each other's company and possibly just do very, very little.

2) A night out

Candle-lit dinner? Check. A romantic stroll in the park? Check. Going out could be a great as well and especially if you are in the mood, it could be quite nice to be surrounded by other loved-up couples. What are you waiting for? Get your best dress and enjoy your night.

3) A (girlie) night out

No date? No problem. Just get your single girls around for a dance-off competition, a pizza party or just a cinema night. Tonight is all about love and is there anything like way too much love for our best girlfriends?

4) Give yourself a present

It's important to cherish the person you love but don't forget to reward yourself as well. One of our super cool customers shared that she gives herself a present every Valentine's day, no matter if she's single or with someone. Don't forget yourself.

January and its blues are finally over. Time to get ready for Spring and its beauties.

Planning ahead for the most wonderful season of the year is one thing but being actually ready is another; so are you ready to fully embrace Spring and its world of possibilities?

Here are a few tips to fully appreciate and have the right mindset for the next months.

-Make the most of your hibernation time

Make sure you do plenty of hibernation in the next few weeks because when Spring knocks on your door, there's plenty of outdoor activity for you to enjoy. From walking to brunching outside or barbequing, you are likely to spend most days open air.

-Find a new hobby

Research a new class or maybe have a chat with a friend and find a nice activity to do together. Maybe a walking club? Surely something that will help you make the most of your time together.

-Find a spring song

Something that will give you the right motivation to fully enjoy the Spring month. What's better than music to unveil your most secret passions and pleasures?

-Clean and de-clutter

Get rid of everything you don't need anymore. A nice house cleaning and de-cluttering will set your mind right for the Spring months.

-Start a new adventure

A guitar course? Get a new dog? Just simply bring some extra sunshine into your life *

-Stop postponing

The spring season is the perfect season to start something new and maybe focus a little bit more on your dreams.

Spring is coming and it's time to get ready now.

Enjoy!
